If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth a million. Daniel knows it, and its content proves the power of curiosity and convenience. Daniel Heider is a luxury real estate agent, the highest-producing agent under the age of 30 in the Washington metropolitan market for three consecutive years.

TikTok is not the obvious marketing channel for luxury real estate. But as you can see, his follower count says people are interested.

Daniel’s videos are long enough to satisfy the viewer’s curiosity about what the interiors of a luxury home look like and short enough to keep the viewer interested until the end. And is not only about grabbing attention: he also got some new leads from his presence on social media. And if potential high-end clients are not on TikTok, most likely their children are:

We’ve attracted numerous clients through social media. Most recently, we double-sided a $5M listing where the seller found us on TikTok and the buyer clicked the ad we produced on Facebook. Also, never underestimate the power of the global teenage salesforce. Oftentimes, the children are the ones who connect us directly with their parents. We have a $12M listing that was secured from the seller’s son seeking us out on TikTok and calling us. Our posts get shared frequently by other influential accounts all over the world which helps broaden our exposure, literally all day every day.

Daniel Hettinger in an interview with inman.com

What Daniel does well is combining high-quality drone footage with interior video to showcase stunning luxury properties, and to shine a spotlight on his success. Most of the time he doesn’t even need to show his face or anybody else: these stunning properties speak by themselves and top-tier editing does the rest.

Topics Covered:

  • Just-sold and listings videos;
  • Behind-the-Scenes.

Actually…we are also on TikTok

Fun fact, we created a TikTok account for CubiCasa. And our “Legacy Farewell” went viral in May 2022.

@cubicasa

So we finally k1lled our Legacy System. We do make floor plans but we also know damn well how to make pranks #techtok #techcompany #techhumor #techjobs #legacysystem #cubicasa #teambuildingactivity #prankvideo

♬ Jiggle Jiggle – Duke & Jones & Louis Theroux

On May 17th, 2022 we “buried” our outdated legacy system. We had everything: singers, tombstone, laughs, food and more! It was so fun we HAD to make a video about it.

We had lots of comments from developers, from all around the world, being inspired by our company culture and asking if we were hiring. Which is awesome since we still have some open positions!

Our “TikTok journey” started last year, mainly testing the platform and doing research about what our target audience (real estate agents, real estate photographers, appraisers, brokers,…) is doing on TikTok. We are still in the learning phase, but we are definitely not overlooking its potential.

And as for you, if you are not on TikTok yet, this is definitely the right time to hop on board. See you out there!
