Our Story

CubiCasa was born around a silly question: Can you create a floor plan from an indoor scan? After market validation and tons of technical research and development, it turned out that it’s technically possible and there’s enough demand for such a solution. At its core, CubiCasa is an AI company. What we do is possible because of proprietary deep tech developed by the CubiCasa team.

CubiCasa is most known for its floor plan products. What started as a simple real estate photographer tool, has grown into a suite of products ranging from listing floor plans, appraisal GLA reports, 3D products, BIM and property data exports. Today we are loved by not only real estate photographers, but also real estate agents, appraisers, contractors and other real estate professionals. In addition to our tech, we take pride in our quality of customer support and design aesthetics. This is constantly proven by our NPS score being over 90 points and raging reviews.

We believe that floor plans and real estate data should be more accessible for all parties in real estate transactions, be it a family purchasing their first home, an investor buying an Airbnb property or a bank offering mortgages to their customers. Only about 10-15% of real estate listings in the U.S. have floor plans today, whereas, in many other countries around the world (such as Australia, Nordics), they’re ubiquitous because of the massive benefits they create for a better-functioning real estate market.

The inclusion of a floor plan can make a property more attractive, contributing to a higher sales price and faster closing time, and provide real estate agents and photographers, appraisers, mortgage lenders, home insurance carriers, homeowners, and homebuyers with a better experience throughout the home buying process.
